Leave the carpark, and head back up Aydon Road. A few hundred metres up, enter the bush via a marked pathway on your left. The trail is gravel and easy to follow - fairly flatish as you make your way through up the valley, before it gets a leeeeeetle bit steeper. There are steps and bridges across some of the smaller water courses near the top. At the top there's a carpark - you could always park here and do a down-and-up run, but I enjoy the switchbacks and zigzags on the descent. It's five minutes from Titirangi - which means hitting Deco afterwards for a post morning run latte is a winner.
In winter (or after a fair bit of rain) there's a waterfall.

Good track to practice that downhill running (and uphill walking ha!). Nice track surrounded by so much colour/bush.

Nice and short little number. Nothing too exciting - but a good little trainer for the leggies on the ups and downs. Nice little waterfall on the day I ran it too.
