Can I return an item?

If you're not totally satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept your return within 30 days, and provide you with one of the following options:

  • store credit

  • a full refund to the value of the product's purchase price

  • or an exchange.

🚨 Important: Returned items must be in their original, unused, unwashed condition with tags and packaging intact.

If you are exchanging a product for a different size, we will not charge you additional courier costs.

If you enjoyed free shipping on your order and then return items, we may deduct our shipping costs associated with your order from any refund amount. Please contact us if you'd like confirmation of what this cost would be.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on underwear for hygiene reasons.


How to return an item

As long as it's unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it with all tags attached, simply send it back by courier to:

You can also drop it into our Tauranga office during usual business hours, at 78 First Avenue, Tauranga, Bay of Plenty.

🚨 Important: Include a note including your contact details, referencing your original order number and mentioning what you'd like to do (e.g. swap, refund etc).

What if an item is faulty?

If something breaks or falls apart on you, please contact us and we'll figure out what's best to do, be it a repair or replacement.
