Description

Beautiful run from Milford Beach to Takapuna Beach around the rocks.

Start at the boat ramp down at the north end of Milford Beach. There's a short concrete promenade to keep your feet dry if needed. Then follow the single track along the coastline to Takapuna Beach then nice hard sand run to the turn around at the South end of Takapuna beach. Amazing to run at dawn to see the sun rising over Rangitoto.
