Description
Start from the car park on the Hamilton-Raglan Highway and head up the hill on the gravel track. This turns into open farmland on private land so please respect the owner’s rights.
There are road markers along the main ridge to Old Mountain Road. Here you can either turn around to finish the run or cross Old Mountain Road to pick up Karamu Walkway South.

Access
Just off State Highway 23 (Hamilton-Raglan Highway) at Four Brothers Reserve. You could also start at the turnaround point on Old Mountain Road (gravel road).
Parking for maybe 5-6 cars in the car park just off SH23.
