Ocean Peak can be accessed on the trails Ailsa - Humboldt Circuit, Conical Hill and Return, Whisky Trail and Routeburn, The Routeburn , Routeburn-Caples, Hollyford Road - Routeburn Loop via Deadmans and Pass Creek, Routeburn: Divide to Conical Hill , Routeburn Flats via Nature Walk Loop, Serpentine Lakes Lasso and Serpentine Traverse via North Branch from our trail directory.

Probably simplest from the basin south of the Deadmans Track turnoff. All grass leads to the top. Really nice camping at 1520m
