Follow the undulating river trail, under the big bridge, under the swing bridge and onto Colombo Rd. Cross Colombo Rd and enter the Henley Lake trail. Follow the trail and at junction go right through the wetland track. There are a number of shorter tracks all over the wetland area so if you want a longer run you can run some of them. All of the shorter tracks will eventually lead you onto the main track.

Go around Henley Lake and onto the track which will take you back to the Colombo Rd entry. Make your way back the way you came. There are tracks on each side of the river so up to you which side you go.If you take the left side track on your way back, cross the swing bridge and go onto the lower track which will then take you back the way you came.
