Boulder Hill can be accessed on the trails Belmont Regional Park - Oakleigh to Hill, Puke Ariki Traverse, Tawhai Loop, Pareraho to Cornish, Soil Bureau, Fairy House Loop, Dry Creek Loop, Loop the Hutt Valley and Māra Roa and Waihora from our trail directory.

Track from the bottom is a four wheel drive farm track, pretty exposed but reasonably well draining except for right at the top. Great views of the Hutt Valley, Wellington Harbour and over towards Mana island.

Best accessed from Dry Creek entrance to Belmont Regional Park. Boulder Hill is part of the Puke Ariki Traverse. Fantastic views across the Hutt Valley to Wellington and over Porirua.
