Description
This is an out and back (OTB) from Marahau to Anchorage. Easy run on well formed path. Not easy to get lost. Just follow the signs to Anchorage. If you are feeling fit you can continue as far north as you want. Note you have to plan tides just north of Anchorage, or take the high tide track.

Features of interest
Amazing Abel Tasman beaches and bush - enough said! I always try and run this at the end of day when the track is not as busy. I often head there after work from Nelson, and can do this run in enough daylight if I am on the track by 6pm in summer. I ran this in mid-March and needed a head torch for the last 20min. This is a run all trail runners must do if you are are in the Nelson/Tasman area. Very accessible. If you prefer to not do the OTB and you have more time, you can get a water taxi to drop you further north and run back to Marahau.
