4.5 km rolling up Etoru Road to a junction with Marua Road. Turn right to go around the loop anticlockwise.

The trail drops down for 1km before flattening out and gently climbing for the next couple kms before a moderate grade 1.5 km climb.

The trail then flattens out for a km before rolling gently downhill for 4km. The trail has a slightly steep 1km climb before a 4.5 km descent down to Mains Road.

Turn left on Mains Road, rolling back up to the Marua Road intersection and following Etoru Road back the the start.
