This is a great easy loop through lovely woods with a waterfall to stop at, and great swimming spots in the summer. Just beware of ticks!

Park near the bridge and take the single-track road up the true right of the river. You'll go through a gate onto the estate early on. Keep following up here until, climbing slightly, until you meet a T-junction - turn right here and cross the river.

Once across keep straight at the first crossroad then turn right at the next to follow the path back through Tower Woods, stopping to detour to the falls along the way.

There's a great swimming hole just below the bridge back where you started too
