Experienced Kepler Challenge runner Matt Bixley has shared his legendary and much-praised 'Kepler Splits' before.
Those who have used them swear by them. Matt is after all a Geek of the highest order (OK, let's be fair, a very brainy statistician - he also helped write the algorithm that calculates the Grunt Factors and Gnarl Factors for runs featured in our Trail Directory)
