From the car park, head along the Toohey Ridge Track. Follow the left branch onto a bush trail to keep on the Toohey Ridge Track. Stay on track until it reaches the M3 and follow the edge of the road for a short section. At around 2.4 km, turn right onto the Intercampus link. Follow this until 3.3 km onto University Road. Turn right along the road for 50 metres. Then head back into the park along the University Road Track.

At around 4.76 km, turn right onto the Gully Road Track and follow this for 15 metres and then right onto the gravel Wilcox Track. At 5.6 km, turn left onto the Nathan Outlook track (which becomes the Toohey Ridge Track). At 6.2 km, turn left onto the Sandstone Circuit. Take a quick side trip to see Apollo's Aspect . Follow the Sandtone Circuit, which will lead you back to the car park.

The entire track is under shade, but Brizzy becomes insanely hot in summer. Best to get out very early

Snakes - but fairly high traffic area so unlikely to spot them

Do you have a suggestion on where to go afterwards for the best coffee / cake / breakfast / brunch / beer?
