This route allows attacks Mogo Hill from three different directions. There are many mountain bike tracks in the area, but this route is entirely on 4WD fire trails - watch for traffic - both cars and MTBs, neither are frequent but keep an eye out.

Head up Mitchells Road to the top where there is a T intersection with Dog Trap Road (just under 2 km). Turn left and power down towards Mogo. Turn around when you get to the bottom of Dog Trap Road and grind your way back up all the way to the intersection of 3 dirt roads and many MTB trails and turn left into Mogo Trig Road.

There is a steep pinch up to the top (you can take a detour to see the actual trig at this point) and then a nice steady descent down Mogo Trig road to the highway. Turn around and grind back up Mogo Trig Road, turn right after the summit and descend Dog Trap Road.

Remember to turn left back onto Mitchells Road to the start/finish point or you will end up in Mogo.

This trail includes the peak Mogo Trig.

Mogo Trig and the new Mogo MTB park.

Nearest would be in Mogo near the start of Tomakin Road.

Park on the side of Tomakin Road near start of Mitchells Road.
