Body-mapped for optimal performance, the softshell has been tactically positioned in areas where you need less bulk, such as under your helmet or pack, or more breathability, such as under the arms. The result is a midlayer that’s exceptionally good at regulating your temperature on tough ascents in cold conditions, whether you’re in the skin track, questing up an icefall, or tackling a steep approach with heavy gear.
