Maybe it's your lunchtime running loop.
Maybe it's the dog walk.
Maybe it's your regular bike commute, favourite gravel ride, local hill repeat or the swim you always come back to.
They're the routes you know by heart. The ones you've done dozens of times. The ones that probably don't belong in the Wild Things Trail Directory... but they're still worth tracking.
That's exactly why we built Personal Routes.
To take part in this challenge:
How points work
Every qualifying activity that matches one of your Personal Routes during the challenge period earns 1 point, regardless of distance or activity type. Whether it's a run, ride, walk, swim or ski, every outing counts equally.
Each activity can only earn one point. If a single activity matches multiple Personal Routes, you'll still receive just one point for that activity.

Challenge rules
So... which routes will you create first?
Thanks to our mates at Radix, we have 14 Vitality Starter Packs up for grabs, worth $700 in total!
These packs includes 9 single‑serve products, with a mix of Breakfasts, Protein Smoothies, and Precision Protein so you can find your favourites.
Winners will be drawn at the end of the challenge. Anyone can win but the more points you earn, the more chances you’ll have in the draw.
No worries — you can join a Wild Challenge at any time while it's running.
When you join, we'll automatically award any challenge points you've earned since the challenge started, so you won't miss out just because you joined late.
If you've only just connected Strava or Garmin, we'll sync your last three months of activities too, so eligible activities can still count towards the challenge.
Connect your Strava or Garmin account to Wild Things and we'll automatically sync your activities and add any that qualify to the challenge.
You don't need to add activities manually — just get out there and do your thing! Each challenge has its own criteria for earning points, so check the challenge details above to see what counts.
If you use both Strava and Garmin, you can connect both — we won't create duplicate activities.
Absolutely. You can join as many Wild Challenges as you like, and the same activity can earn points across multiple challenges if it meets the criteria for each one.
We usually draw challenge winners a few days after the challenge finishes. We wait at least 2–3 days to allow any late activities to sync from Strava or Garmin before finalising the results.
If you're a winner, we'll get in touch with you directly.
