What are trail and peak legends, and what does it take to become one?

On a trail directory route, you may see a Trail Legend, and a Peak Legend on peaks. This is the person who has completed that specific trail, or bagged that particular peak the most number of times in the last 12 months.
This is calculated based on the Strava data we receive for each runner, so you must have your Strava account connected to your dashboard, and run the route correctly.
Note, you must be a VIP member, with your account visible to be a trail legend.
Opting out of Trail Legends
If you do not wish to appear as a local legend for a trail, you can toggle your account visibility to private within your dashboard settings.
