How to export the GPX file from your Strava or Garmin activity

If you're missing your time from an FKT or points for a challenge, you may need to manually upload the GPX file from your activity, so we can process it.

If you're missing your time from an FKT or points for a challenge, you may need to manually upload the GPX file from your activity, so we can process it.

Strava

To download a GPX file from Strava, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Strava account .
  2. Navigate to the activity page.
  3. Click on the ellipses () and select "Export GPX".
  4. The file will then download to your computer with the file extension ".gpx".

Garmin Connect

To download a GPX file from Garmin Connect, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Garmin Connect account .
  2. Navigate to the activity page.
  3. Click the cog icon () in the top right.
  4. Select "Export to GPX" from the list.
  5. The file will then download to your computer with the file extension ".gpx".
